Becoming an Alongsider
For women who are still seeking, still looking for 'something more', a short experience of living within a Benedictine community may provide a helpful time of discernment and spiritual growth. This experience of monastic prayer, study, work and hospitality as an 'alongsider' would last from 3 to 12 months.
Alongsiders add their own unique gifts to the dynamic of community life and prayer.
There is no charge / no wage: it is a sabbatical for God.
