Sr Mary Mark's Diamond Jubilee of Profession - 7th September 2022

Sr Mary Mark celebrated her Diamond Jubilee of Profession on 7th September with a Eucharist at which Bp Laurie Green presided in his last official act as our Visitor. He received the renewal of her vows and gave her a blessing. Her guests joined the community for a celebratory dinner and a sharing in the Jubilee cake at midday. As someone so young in monastic life the abbess found it very moving to be celebrating such a long and faithful life in monastic vows, a life that started just before she was born!
